One of our most popular small-batch beers is a Cream Ale (a style similar to lagers in characteristics). Dried hibiscus petals give it a slightly tart flavour and a gorgeous pink hue. We added locally grown Indrayani rice to keep the body thin. cascade hops give it a lovely floral aroma. One of the most pleasant beers you can get.

As You Like It

Our take on the classic British style Best Bitter was brewed using best of English ingredients- Maris Otter barley, EKG hops and London yeast. We added some malted rye to bring out a subtle spice character. This beer has a lovely balance between malt and hop profiles- biscuit, caramel, toffee-like malt profile and earthy, resiny hop flavours. Flavourful and sessionable!

NICALE glass

NICALE (SAISON)

Brewed with wheat and 2-row pilsner malt, farmhouse ale gets its peppery notes from the Saison yeast. We added some aromatic Tirphal (Indian Sichuan Peppercorn) to complement these notes. NICALE is extremely refreshing and highly sessionable.

Wink- Indian Gose

Wink- Indian Gose

An audacious and delicious Indianisation of German Sour beer style Gose. This Gose was brewed using wheat and pilsner malt and kettle-soured using homemade curd. We added chaat masala instead of salt and coriander (what brewers typically add). The beer is a flavour bomb- tart, sweet, mildly spicy and mouthwatering. It’s the boldest one we’ve brewed yet. Here’s winking at the strict German brewing traditions…

One MO

OneMO (SMaSH English IPA)

This SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) English IPA was brewed with 2 wonderful British ingredients – Maris Otter barley and East Kent Golding hops. The earthy, spicy, fruity notes of Easy Kent Goldings marry well with the biscuity, sweet Maris Otter. With its subtle hop bitterness, OneMO is a perfect break from the zesty, citrusy American counterparts.

Crystal Maize IG-100

Crystal Maize

Our take on the historical American style “Kentucky Common” was brewed using Crystal malt, pale ale and chocolate malt and flaked Maize. It is a highly sessionable, amber-coloured beer with a lovely caramel-like malt sweetness.

Hopoos1

Hopoos

Our season-special small-batch beer is a single-hop (Amarillo) Pale Ale infused with freshly-squeezed Hapus (Alphonso mango) pulp.

Amarillo imparts piney, grassy and tropical fruit flavours, and a pleasant, lingering bitterness. And of course, the fresh Hapus pulp enhances Amarillo’s fruity characteristics.

This Belgian IPA is a marriage between the Trappist beers brewed by the monks, and IPA. This was brewed using Belgian malt, Candi sugar, Abbaye Belgian ale yeast and East Kent Golding hops. It gets the fruity, bubblegum-like and clove notes from the yeast. Hops give it a nice earthy, grassy character and a lovely lingering bitterness.

4 Jolly Gud

Jolly Gud (English Mild Ale)

Jolly Gud is our version of the classic World War 1 era style – English Mild Ale. It has a slight roasty character that brings more depth to the premium quality Belgian malts. We have used East Kent Goldings hops that add a subtle earthy and floral aroma. The English strain of yeast imparts fruity esters that complement the bready and toasty malt profile. We’ve used organic jaggery in Jolly Gud as brewing sugars.

With a beautiful mahogany colour and alcohol content of just 3.3%, Jolly Gud is very….”moreish”

DeDH IPA

This is a tribute to one of our favourite West Coast IPAs. There’s Amarillo and Cascade added at every stage – from bittering to whirlpool and then dry-hopped twice! It has aromas of citrus, pine and tropical fruits (lots of raw mango and pineapple). This is a hophead’s fantasy!

6 DEDHIPA2

Added BlackBaza Coffee’s Wanderoo to complement the malty profile of an English Porter. Coffee & malt is a match made in heaven

ExperimentALE 1: Hot Saison

We gave this rustic style from Belgium our own twist. While Saisons are traditionally dry and spicy, we used Rye to amp up the pepperiness and added some chillies to give it a kick. Tart, dry, hot and spicy! It’s a kitchen experiment gone right. Top Jury award winner at Tapped 6.0 in Mumbai.

ExperimentALE 2: Amarillo + Tangerine

Loaded with Amarillo hops and tangerine peels, this American Pale Ale is the citrus kick you’ll love. This beer has a gorgeous orange hue, aroma of fresh citrus and tropical fruits and balanced hop bitterness.

Basic RGB

ExperimentALE 3: Pineapple “Milkshake IPA”

We have added lots of pineapple to this one. Amarillo hops bring out the candied orange, citrusy notes.
Oats, lactose and wheat give it a delicious milkshake-like mouthfeel.
