Our range of awesome beers, from classic styles to daring experiments, has won hearts among beer enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike. Gaurav worked in an engineering consultancy firm after graduating from BITS Pilani Goa. He quit the job to work for an F&B startup. That's where he got introduced to the folks from the craft beer industry and to the marvels of fermentation. After a stint as an intern brewer at Gateway Brewing Co., Gaurav did his Diploma in British Brewing Technology from Brewlab, UK.
He's been brewing beers for more than 6 years.
Salil graduated from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and completed his MBA from NMIMS. He worked across software and telecom companies before launching 2 Down Beer Co. Salil loves eating, watching movies and playing tennis. Not impressed or entertained easily, he is the go-to person for movie and food recommendations in his circle.
